This Privacy Policy is adopted by Denya Group Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company” or any reference in the first person), operator of the website www.danya-cebus.co.il and its sub-domains (the “Website“), and it sets out the general guidelines regarding the manner in which we collect and use information about you through the Website or by other means, in the framework of our services.

Your privacy is important to us. We will act as detailed in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Personal information in the context of submitting a job application – We collect information related to your application for employment at the Company through the résumé submission form on the Website, including address, identification number, gender, date of birth, employment history, education history, information regarding employers, and any additional information you provide to us as part of your application. Such information will be collected by you directly through completing the online form on the Website and submitting the documents required for the application.

Information related to our Website – We use cookies and web beacons for information-security purposes, to improve the efficiency of our services, and to tailor the services to your personal preferences, including through third parties such as Google Analytics, WordPress, IAccessability, and Pinterest. For example, the use of cookies assists in identifying you when you return to our Website. What are the intended uses of the information?

Purposes of use of the information

Such transfer of information will be carried out subject to the third party’s undertaking to maintain privacy and information security at the level required according to the type of information transferred.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers with whom we cooperate as part of our ongoing operations (for example advisors, planners, contractors, suppliers, attorneys, courier companies, and other outsourcing providers).

Right of access to the information and its correction

Subject to Sections 13–14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, you may contact us and request to review the information about you that is kept by the Company via the online form. In addition, if you discover that the information we hold about you is incorrect, you have the right to request its correction, and if we do not agree to correct it, its deletion. In your request you must provide identification details as required so that we can properly identify you.

Information security

The Company employs information-security measures appropriate to the type of information in its possession and in accordance with applicable law. For this purpose, the Company uses reasonable and customary security measures consistent with prevailing industry standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there is a risk of intrusion into the Company’s databases and information systems. As long as the Company employs reasonable security measures, it will not be liable for any damage caused as a result of such unauthorized intrusion and the transfer of information to a third party due to such intrusion. It is clarified that you are also responsible for taking appropriate information-security measures, such as using antivirus tools, updating software, and similar measures.
