Kiriyat Migdal (Migdal Center), Petah Tikva
An office building with a total area of approximately 33 000 sq.m, which is used for the offices of "Migdal" insurance company in Kiryat Arye, Petach Tikva. The project was performed as a 50%-50% joint venture with "Solel Boneh".
Construction features: Conventional skeleton.
Scope of works: Construction of the skeleton, infrastructures, aluminum works and finishing work in all office spaces and in the parking lot which was built by “Solel Boneh”.
