The project is located in Hod HaSharon. A total of 256 residential units with an area of 59,524 sq.m were built.
Phase A: four 14-story buildings located above a common two-level car park built using precast method. A total of 208 residential units.
Phase B: plot 206 – 18-story building constructed using the “Baranovich” method consisting of 48 residential units.
